Look, I've been around gyms my whole life. Started throwing punches when I was 16, transitioned to functional training after realizing combat sports taught me more about real strength than any bench press ever could.

Here at Obsidrix Bastion, we blend high-intensity intervals with fight-tested techniques. You'll sweat, you'll curse under your breath, and yeah, you might question your life choices halfway through a burpee set. But you'll also discover what you're actually made of.

We run classes throughout the day, morning till evening. Early bird sessions at 6am for you psychos who love sunrise burpees, lunch hour slots for the office crowd, evening classes for after-work warriors.

Open gym time's also available if you prefer doing your own thing. Just check in at the desk and go wreck yourself.
